I know I have made like 4 post recently, I am just starting to get the hang of things, I am sure I'll slow down next month. If you haven't seen the last three I think you just go to older posts.

I love my Grandkids. They stayed with us last week. Then we get them again next week. They just have to endure me taking pictures. It is fun having a granddaughter to play dress up with! Carson is 5, Tanner is 3 and Miss Kayleigh is 9 months.

Our Missionary returns!

After 2 long years of waiting Elder Brady Parkin has returned to us from the heat of Phoenix Arizona. We didn't mind sharing him but we are sure glad he is home (although it will only be for 6 weeks until he goes to school at BYU-I).

Long weekend get-away

Blair and I went on a long weekend get away to Park City and Salt Lake. We had never been to Park City before so we had a good time exploring Main Street, Olympic Park, eating out. In Salt Lake we went to The Mormon Tabernacle Choir Broadcast, The Gateway, went to a few movies and of course my favorite, eating out.

I spent several days at the beginning of July getting reacquainted with my only Aunt on my fathers side,Julia Mauk, who I haven't seen in 20-30 years and a cousin, Antoinette, who I haven't seen in over 45 years. Is this telling my age! We had a great time going through old pictures, sharing stories, watching the fireworks, going to the band concert and eating out.

So far, July has been a busy month, and it is not over yet. We had the Parkin family reunion on the 3rd of July. Here are a few pictures.
